Small group personal training in Winchester for adults who want real results with real coaching

At MV/FIT, every session is coach-led, every member has a personalised programme, and nobody trains without expert eyes on them. This is not a gym class. This is personal training in a small group format, designed specifically for busy adults in their 40s and 50s.

This is personal training, Just not one-to-one

Small group personal training sits between two things most people have already tried and found lacking. One-to-one PT is often too expensive to sustain long term. A gym or group fitness class leaves you without a personalised programme and without a coach who knows where you are in your training. Small group PT at MV/FIT is neither of those things.

Every member has their own programme. Every session is delivered by a coach who knows your programme, your technique, and your goals. The group is small by design, which means the coach can see everyone and correct everyone. You are not just in a session, you are being coached in a session. The difference in results is significant.

What to expect when you train at MV/FIT

You arrive to a session that is already planned. The warm-up, the strength work, the conditioning, and the cool-down are all programmed for the week you are in. You do not need to think about what to do. You just need to show up and work hard.

The coach runs the session, demos exercises, watches your technique, gives you feedback, and adjusts load or movement patterns where needed. If you are working around an injury or a physical limitation, that is factored in before you arrive. No session at MV/FIT is generic. Each one is built on where you are and where you need to go.

After the session, your programme is updated to reflect your progress. The next session builds on this one. That is what progressive training looks like, and that is what produces results over time.

Four things that make the difference

Coaching

An expert coach is in every session. They know your programme, watch your technique, and push you appropriately. There is no session where you are just going through motions without someone ensuring you are getting the most from the time you have put aside.

Structure

Your training is planned and progressive. Every session is built on the one before it. The structure means you are always doing the right thing at the right time, and it means the guesswork that leads most people to stop and start repeatedly is completely removed.

Accountability

When you miss a session, someone notices. When you reach a milestone, the community celebrates it. Accountability at MV/FIT is not a concept, it is a built-in feature of how we operate. Your coach knows your name and your schedule. That alone changes behaviour.

Consistency

Everything at MV/FIT is designed to make it easier to keep showing up. The coaching, the community, the structure, and the environment work together to make consistency the natural outcome rather than something you have to fight for every week.

Who This Is For

MV/FIT is built for a specific type of person

You are probably in your 40s or 50s. You are busy. You have tried gyms before and found that without a plan and a coach, nothing really sticks. You might have concerns about starting, whether that is fitting in with younger or fitter people, not knowing what to do in a session, or worrying that previous injuries will get in the way.

Every member of MV/FIT was in that same position before they started. The environment is built for this age group. The sessions are designed to be challenging without being reckless. Technique comes first. Intensity is built over time. You will never be pushed beyond what is safe, and you will never feel out of place.

If you have a health condition, an injury, or a concern about where to start, you will discuss it on your consultation call before the first session. Nothing is hidden from the coach. Everything is taken into account.

Questions answered

I have not trained in years. Can I still join?
Yes. The 6-Week Experience is specifically designed for people who are coming back to training after a break or starting for the first time. Your InBody scan, movement screen, and baseline strength test at the start ensure your programme is built around where you actually are, not where you think you should be.

How is this different from a bootcamp or group fitness class?
At MV/FIT, every member has an individual programme. The coach is not leading a class through a generic session. They are watching your technique and coaching you specifically. You will do the same exercises as others in the session, but the load, the tempo, and the modifications are personalised to you.

What if the sessions do not fit my schedule?
Discuss your availability on your consultation call and we will map you to the sessions that work best. Most members find two to three sessions per week that fit their routine within the first fortnight.

Is there a minimum commitment?
The 6-Week Experience is your starting point. There is no ongoing commitment until you have completed those six weeks and decided you want to continue. If you choose to continue, your ongoing membership options are discussed at your 1:1 Review at the end of the experience.

What if I have an injury?
Tell us at your consultation. The coaching team will factor it in from session one. Most members are working around something. It does not prevent you from training, it just shapes how your programme is built.
